My pedia recommended to use Desowen Cream if the rashes in my baby's face goes out of hand. At first, we would use Cortizan cream for mild rashes, but if they don't disappear, then Desowen does the trick. It takes about 12 to 24 hours for it to take effect.

I use desowen on my little girl too but i apply physiogel a1cream on top of it so it wont get reddish.. It works like magic. Kinda costly lang but matagal naman maubos.
