What is the Sapphire Bloc?
The Sapphire Bloc is a four-tower complex (meaning 4 condominium buildings). It is the new destination in
Ortigas that houses a one-of-a-kind retail mix, perfect for your

Where is it located?
If you are to choose a condo, then location is indeed one of the primary factors that you need to consider, and I believe the Sapphire Bloc has hit the mark. I have mentioned that the Sapphire Bloc has 4 towers. These are the north, south, east, west towers.
The North and West Towers are the ones open for sale. The North Tower will be ready by September, 2015, while the West Tower will be ready by end of 2017.
